I read in the San Antonio Express News that San Antonio viewers were "fuming" over the Colonel Philip Shue case not airing last Saturday night. I was glued to the TV and agree with others disappointment that it was postponed.
What I find "curious" with the article is the statements surrounding the suicide conclusion, then the following comment, "a judge later deemed it a homicide". Get real ... Since when does a judge "deem" in a courtroom. He ruled it a homicide. Big Difference!
Its obvious who provides the bread and butter to the SA Express News. Their reporting on this case has been atrocious from the beginning. Has the SA News gotten anything right about the case yet?
